Sonja, Co-Owner and Clinical Director, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With a focus on assessing and designing programs for individuals with challenging behavior, Sonja is dedicated to providing effective treatment for both children and adults. Having previously worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Behavior Therapy Clinic, her leadership is informed by firsthand experience in overseeing clinical services to ensure the highest quality of care. Sonja's commitment to advancing the field of ABA is evident through her implementation of applied research to enhance treatment outcomes. Prior to her current position, Sonja served as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Holding Hands Pediatric, where she conducted functional behavior assessments, developed skill acquisition treatment plans, and provided home-based and distant learning behavioral training. With her extensive background in ABA and dedication to ongoing professional development, Sonja is a valuable asset in the field.
Sahar served as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where she conducted functional assessments and developed skill acquisition treatment plans for individuals under her care. Sahar's expertise extends to facilitating behavior programs, conducting behavior assessments, providing parent education, and monitoring children's development in natural settings. With a Master's degree in Special Education and a background in psychology, Sahar brings a comprehensive understanding of behavior modification techniques and interventions to her practice. She is highly skilled in implementing a wide range of interventions, including PECS, Floor-time therapy, Discrete Trial Training, and Self-Management Training. Sahar's dedication to her clients' well-being and her commitment to ongoing professional development make her a valuable asset in the field of ABA.
